Service Description: Parcels show general or approximate location of property boundaries. Parcel polygons are not survey grade and are either created or edited using the COGO tool or digitized from a surveyor's digital CAD submittal. Parcels are owned by the Scott County PVA office. GSCPC GIS houses the database parcel layer lives in and jointly shares data editing privileges with the PVA office. Parcels are subject to continual editing. Updates are published nightly.
