Description: The Subdivision Phases feature class provides the Subdivision that the Phase/Unit belongs to, the Phase/Unit Number of the development, the name of the Phase/Unit (if applicable), a Cabinet and Slide number reference the recorded plat, the number of lots approved during the preliminary stage, the total number of platted lots to date, the number of lots that have a dwelling built upon them, and the number of vacant lots that do not have a dwelling. Fields may be added each year to input the total number of dwellings added each year to each phase. Editor Tracking has been enabled.
